This agreement was written in English (US), and intended for persons who speak, read, write, and comprehend the English language. To the extent any translated version of this agreement conflicts with the English version, the English version controls. Your privacy is very important to us. We designed our Data Policy to make important disclosures about how you can use Nevada Career Institute Information Directory to share with others and how we collect and can use your content and information. We currently provide our mobile services for free, but please be aware that your carrier's normal rates and fees, such as text messaging and data charges, will still apply. In the event you change or deactivate your mobile telephone number, you will update your account information on Nevada Career Institute Information Directory within 48 hours to ensure that your messages are not sent to the person who acquires your old number. You provide consent and all rights necessary to enable users to sync (including through an application) their devices with any information that is visible to them on Nevada Career Institute Information Directory.Payments. Your continued use of Nevada Career Institute+ Services, ot visiting any page(s) under the domain nevadacareerinstitute.info following notice of the change(s), to such terms, policies or guidelines, constitutes your full, unequivocal, acceptance of such amended terms, policies and/or guidelines.

We strive to create a global community with consistent standards for everyone, but we also strive to respect local laws. Nevada Career Institute Plus(+): IN PERSONAM JURISDICTIONAL STANDARDS. Section XXI

Nevada Career Institute+, may sponsor or engage in affiliate relationships with licensed and/or accredited Postsecondary educational institutions, and may provide news, commentary, and/or opinions on such post-secondary educational institution(s) that do provide such products and/or services.
Nevada Career Institute+. Trade Dress Statement. Section XXVII
Nevada Career Institute+ may, by voluntary elections, and per law, use tradedress that may may be similar to a licensed and/or post-secondary institution, including, but not limited to, the visual appearance of an online product or online class, or the packaging of an online class that may be interpreted as a product or service that a licensed post-secondary school may or may or may not offer.
Nevada Career Institute+ Preparation for Licensing and Examination. Section XXVIII
Nevada Career Institute+ does not provide, assist, or counsel for any preparation for examinations for initial licensing in any profession or vocation. Nevada Career Institute+ may sponsor or engage in affiliate relationships with degree-granting institutions, and may provide news, commentary, and/or opinions on such post-secondary educational institution(s) that do provide such products and/or services.
Marital Doctrine. Section XXIX
Marital Doctrine. The marital doctrine affirms the permanent union of two persons in a lawful marriage. Upon marriage, two individual persons become a single unified couple by law. THEREFORE, all acts of one person SHALL BE IMPUTED TO THE OTHER PERSON. If one person speaks, both persons shall be deemed to have spoken! The character, endorsements, integrity, and associations of one person shall be imputed to the other person, and vice-versa UNTIL such persons are lawfully divorced, or one person publicly denounces the union to the other person by virtue of a lawfully filed divorce decree before a court of impersonam jurisdiction. In simple terms, if a husband speaks, the wife shall be presumed to have spoken the same words or phrases, endorsed, and approved the same words/phrases, and vice-versa, regardless of the knowledge of the speaking party. This doctrine further filters to all adult children who live in the same household of the speaking party.

If any portion of this Statement is found to be unenforceable, the remaining portion will remain in full force and effect.
Nevada Career Institute+ does not operate, contract, or maintain any private elementary, secondary or postsecondary educational institution per NRS 394.075, and does not grant or confer any degrees, certificates, or diplomas per Nevada Adminisrative Code Chapter 394.
